The toilet did not flush and had mold growing in it. The toilet paper holder was being held in the wall by electrical tape and was still falling out of the wall. Room was filthy. Staff was unfriendly and indifferent to the condition of the room. This was the WORST nights stay in a hotel I had ever encountered. I do not recommend this or the Days Inn in ROGERS AR.

This motel is not open. There are no doors, windows and toilets on the sidewalk. We were advised to go across the street to a Days inn where our reservation would be honored. The lobby was full of dirty laundry in trash bags. I told the manager that there were people all along the sidewalks and on the second floor mezzanine sleeping. He assured me they were just transitioning. Not sure where they were transitioning to. The receptionist let me know to call Expedia for a refund. I have yet to receive it.

First off my reservation was moved to the days inn across the street. Neither hotel contacted me to let me know of the change. I had no idea till I got there. I booked a smoking room and didn't not get one. Now on to days inn. The doors all looked like they had been kicked in at one point. I had 2 tvs in my room that didn't work. There was no mini fridge in my room. I went back to the office, asked for extra pillows and about the fridge. Was told housekeeping wasn't on site so they would get me a mini fridge and some pillows in the morning. Next day came and nothing was brought to my room. By then I was checking out the next morning so I just left it. Oh and lets talk about the indoor pool. It looked like it had not been cleaned or filtered in a year. Thats not good customer service. Will never book another room at either Hotel. Dont worry im also leaving a review on days Inn.

The Hotel was NOT as pictured on the internet. The place was disgusting. Bugs, broken doors, dirty, and a rancid smell. We ended up canceling our room and staying elsewhere.

The obly reason we didn't move hotels was because the sheets were clean. We had dead bugs all over the bathroom, only one clean towel upon arrival, broken furniture, I had to plug in the heater myself and smelled like the room had previously been a smoking room.

Nasty nasty nasty

This is the most disgusting hotel that I have stayed in. There wasn’t a clean spot to speak of. I know it is a cheaper hotel but have a pride in your business. I’m not sure how these people rent a room out with a straight face. No smoking room smelled like a nasty wet ashtray and cigarette burns everywhere.

Nothing good about this motel. Stains on the sheets bathroom was nasty and had mold around the tub. Floors were extremely filthy. When you turn your keys in you have to call a number and wait for them.

The room smells somewhere between cat urine and stale cigarettes. When I went to plug in my charger roaches ran out of the outlet. Outside is filthy. Disgusting place. I would not list it in Expedia search results.

The worst place we have ever stayed. Bugs, light hanging out of lamp, soiled carpet, dirty towels, no extra toilet paper or tissues. Was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke. Would never recommend this place. If we knew there wete better choices so close by we would have made other accommodations.

We were grossed out, but had no other options since other hotels were full, so we had our own pillows and slept on top of the sheets in our street cloths and left as early in the morning as possible. I can't describe how filthy and nasty it is. Also, the smoke alarm was disconnected. I can't believe that Expedia would sell rooms to a place like this. I needs to be condemned and demolished.

The property was extremely run down, weeds everywhere, broken windows, dented doors, filthy carpet, stained furniture, and dirty bed sheets. It should not be listed on your website. We could not stay there. I have photos to prove it. Had to get other accommodations for the night. I will be requesting a refund.

Worst room I’ve ever seen in my life

Dead spiders and live ones all in the bath tub hair all over the bathroom floor. Blood on the bath tub. Cigarette ash all over the bed with burnt holes. The curtains won’t shut so people can see in. We are just gonna leave. No tv like it said. They have one but no remote. Door can be pushed open as well and I can’t dial the front desk anymore. I want my money back but I paid through this sight

Room was disgusting trash on the floor of are roon roaches dead and alive in bathroom.are beed had very used pillows on in it.tip blanket look like someone was smoking in the room brun hole in blamket stains on sheets.are lock was broke on r doorlook like someone kick the door in.big gap on bottom of the door like it was rotted and pillwd bcak.floor were stain all ove as well as both chairs in the room. The lamps by bed didt work on had cut wiers plug brunt out my cell phone charger. All in all nasty place i ever stayed. And felt very unsafe for my vehicle and my room
