"It was ok ok stay on this hotel, supporting staff is very professional and helpful, breakfast was good, but this property needs improvement, like room carpet was sticking, phone service was not operational, bathroom door lock was not working, and if you are staying on the property for more than a day and you need room service then you need to personally go to reception counter and inform them which was kind of weird."

"Staff was very good. Front desk person upgraded our room so we were not by the ice machine before we knew we were booked by the ice machine. "During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. "PROS: Fantastic experience! I loved this hotel so much that I booked it twice in the last 2 weeks. I had both a family trip and a business trip in Chicago, and would gladly go back to this hotel every time I am in town. The hotel is very modern, clean and in excellent condition, breakfast buffet was super delicious, great variety of items served as well as fresh produce daily. Free parking on the streets around the hotel, huge plus! the neighborhood is also a lot of fun with great restaurant...

"Staff were extremely nice. Bathroom had several long black hairs on the floor. Definitely not mine. The biggest issue was that I thought I had paid in full ,but then at the property I was told I had to pay a mandatory $30 restoration fee for the building. I couldn't find that information anywhere in the fine print and I wasn't happy about it."
