"Our room was 77 degrees when we arrived at 9pm. The room smelt like mildew. When I went to the front desk to ask for 2 more towels because I had put 4 adults on the reservation I was told “you will have to wait until tomorrow. That’s for housekeeping” by the front desk representative. It was terrible. The room was how until about 2am. I will not be staying or recommend anyone stay here until these can be resolved."

"Rooms where cleaned and ready .Staff was accompanied to needs.Breakfast was good and accompanied to small children and adults.Pool was cleaned with towels when you got out .Will recommend to family's. 10 is my rating."
