"Pool was out of order from the health department. Fitness area is about the worst I have ever seen. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Needs more seating. Our shower had a leaking faucet that was bad enough I had to keep the door shut because it was keeping me up at night. I good cheap stat but would not recommend sorry. Also having one elevator is the most annoying thing about this property.. should never design a hotel with one elevator."

"We found the Manor through Expedia. We arrived later in the day and immediately had problems. Our code didn't work, our "helper" was not accessible via text or call. So I call the owner who changed the code. We unload, leave for dinner and upon return, we wanted to relax. Nope! I went to wash my hands, no towels, no paper towels. Thankfully I packed both just in case. We then start looking for the remote to unwind - no remote. But in searching for I found everything I didn't want to...

"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...
