We had an issue with our room, but the staff was super friendly and responsive and we got a new room within 15 minutes. Great service

Really loved the heaters were turned on before I arrived .it made the room so cozy and relaxing for a late check in on a cold wet wellington night

I failed to realise that I needed to check my email for late check in details, A tenant let us into Reception and we used the phone to get ourselves sorted. The person on the phone was very helpful and was able to help us find the email and get checked in. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs (attending a conference with a colleague the next day), it was clean, comfortable and ad plenty of space. It was also very central to where we needed to be the following day. I have booked to stay later this month with my daughter.
