Ideal for a short break where you want to spend your money when you’re out and about – 12 mins walk from the Tower, Winter Gardens, Houndshill Shopping Centre, pedestrian precincts and Wetherspoons pubs. Bins still full of rubbish, No real service, when I Asked could someone clean the bathroom,my reply from front desk staff was we only tidy the room we don't service them every day !! I did say they are not our stocking in the bathroom bins !! Next day did in myself & I had to ask for toilet paper, I changed our own sheets,and got clean towels, they seemed very short staffed, I am giving them the benefit of...

"Room could benefit from a deep clean ie between the secondary windows and the actual windows. Other than that the bed etc was clean toilet could do with updating but clean and functional"
