"I just returned from three nights at Hotel Kutko and it was a perfect experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel bar and outside area are very nice and there’s also plenty of local amenities close by. I am already looking forward to returning to Pancevo in the future and I won’t bother to research hotels this time as Kutko ticks every box. "The best hotel in the area, right at the centre of town. Lots of places to dine and wine. Live music on Saturday. Room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly and professional, they work really hard. Restaurant and bar downstairs serve great food and drinks. Almost like you don’t want to go anywhere since it’s the best spot to hang out and chill. A bit tricky to find from Belgrade airport. "First of all,I am asking two night of refund because out of 3 night stay, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL.How do you take shower? First of all Ana,receptionist was really nice but they shouldn't have told that someone will be there from 8 am to 8 pm. I sent message that I will be arriving by bus around 4 pm. I arrived at 5 pm. "The staff were, without exception, very professional and extremely helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. English was kindly spoken by most which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is very well designed, well kept and very well placed for the now free public transport - buses and trams which are available for travel into and around the city. We will definitely stay here again!"
