"I would rate this hotel as a solid 4-star, but unfortunately not a 5-star experience. We booked a Deluxe room and requested a higher floor at check-in. Nothing was mentioned, and we were assigned a room on the lowest floor, which was disappointing. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom layout is quite impractical. The shower is located behind a door shared with the toilet, and the light is controlled by a sensor that turns off automatically when the door is open do you have to close it...

The only bar that was ever available is a very dark “speakeasy” that serves very expensive cocktails, nothing less than $25.00. They make you wait outside forwa seat, even if they aren’t busy. The bakery attached to the hotel was shut down and the rooftop bar was either always closed or had private events. Sooo basically NO AMENITIES! The staff was very nice, but because of the lack of expected amenities, with no mention...
