"Our stay was wonderful, everything is so close that we wanted to see, the gym is 10/10, and the restaurant was wonderful, complements to the chef. The coffee shop was also delicious, I’d give it 4/5 stars. We had a small problem with our room, the front desk handled it well and made sure we were good. "Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. "This hotel was one of my favorites when it was still the mandarin oriental. It just doesn’t have that same class and grace anymore. The staff are not well trained and everything takes an excessively long time. The food in the lounge was terrible. The cocktails were the same as a pub and lacked craft. Turn down service was completely skipped for me, so I had to call to get additional water and coffee pods. The tv’s do not have chromecast or app capabilities, leaving you with basic cable options....

"Very convenient to the Capitol, and the rooftop bar was very cool with views of the Capitol Dome. I went in the evening/after sunset, and I couldn't read the menu as it was a small narrow font and there wasn't much light. But the staff was very helpful and the property is pretty new; overall, really enjoyed my stay!"

"Fantastic in every way. The location could not have been better for exploring the city, the staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were above-and-beyond. Clean comfortable rooms (with robes!), evening walks around the capital, and great food downstairs and within walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Bathrooms had a handicap, walk in shower with detachable shower head. Great for all! And safer too. Lobby Coffee/tea service needs to be available at times posted. I was there at 7 am and had to wait until 7:30 for coffee and had meetings on the Hill at 8 am."

"Conveniently located in downtown DC. Great pool and rooms! We traveled with six adults and had two rooms. Two adults slept on pullout beds and the others slept in real beds. Bathrooms in each room were immaculate as were the other facilities. They have a cook to order egg/omelette station where they also serve the meat and potatoes of the day and it’s included with your room. We ended up eating in the hotel restaurant both nights and had good (but expensive) meals."

"Did not know there was going to be a $40.00 resort fee per day. Most other hotels in DC don't have this."
