"We had a wonderful stay at the property. Property is newly renovated and has everything you need. Very clean and conveniently located near food and stores. "My husband and I were there for our anniversary weekend. Hosts were very friendly, had good recommendations, and place was modern and clean! We enjoyed the beach area, sunsets and walks in the neighborhood. We brought our own kayaks and fished... caught lots of catfish!! "My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. I would definitely stay again when visiting in Delaware. ☺ 💕 "

"This is our second stay in this slice of heaven located along the North East River. I loved seeing the sunrise while kayaking and watching the ever-changing clouds, herons, eagles, and osprey. The kids did some wading/swimming at low tide, fishing and searched for shells. My son brought some firewood along so that we could enjoy sitting outside at night by the fire while looking at stars while at the campfire. With the 5 bedroom/sleeping areas, we were able to fit the whole family comfortably....

"Home is well-loved and clean. Kitchen is updated with dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stove. Microwave is available in armoire. Bathroom has washing machine, walk-in shower, great lighting, and comfy towels.Stairway is typical of an older home with slender passage, however sturdy and secure with metal railings.Stayed in the summer, so A/C window units were a welcomed relief. Back yard/porch was serene and quiet.Street parking was easy to find. I thought the Amtrak train would have bothered me...
