"This was such a great place to stay! The owners were communicative and so nice. We had to change our arrival day, and the owner was super flexible and even gave us a partial refund within 24hrs due to a slight price decrease. "Stayed with my family for the weekend for the State fair. The house was perfect. The location was a little sketchy but no issues. The only issue is with the upstairs tenants. You could hear the creeky floors late at night and in the early morning hours. Kept you up if your a light sleeper. "

"Loved everything about the place. It worked well for us staying close to Colgate and casinos. We were in for football weekend of Syracuse vs Colgate. The only thing we would change is there is no TV channels We are a big college football family so wanted to watch games. We streamed games over our phones and projected to TV using WIFI but had trouble connecting."

"I'm a bass fishermen and rented this adorable home to fish Lake Oneida. I was traveling solo and it was perfect for me but would also easily a partner should I have brought one. The home has an awesome view, great neighbors, great parking for my truck and boat is less that 10 minutes from the ramp. Will definitely try to rent it again on my next visit."

"This place is an amazing combination of form and function. Very attractive yet still has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We were here a week and were amazed that this place is even nicer than the listing. The less than perfect part is there are occasional loud urban noises, but most of the time it is quiet. Nonetheless, we hope to stay here every time we are in Syracuse because this place is much better than any hotel we’ve found."

"We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our groomsmen and friends. The property was beautiful and the game room/bar/theater was fun to hang out in. Sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee was relaxing. We were too late in the year but I love that you could use the dock and bring your own boat. "
