"This property was PERFECT for a familyweekend in Brenham for my son’s wedding. The couple’s familys, ranging in age from 4 months to 72 were very comfortable in this roomy property. We hosted a small dinner the night before the wedding and the property had every amenity that you could want for a casual party including a beautiful sunset, and the caterer we used had been to the property many times before and was perfectly comfortable in the kitchen. We could not have chosen a better property...

"We enjoyed our stay at Jim and Jeans property. The property was secluded and quiet but easy to get to. The property had lovely touches of antiques and they really did think of everything you may need for a stay. Unfortunately we had to end our trip a day early but they were very understanding and we hope to return during the next antique show. "

"Stayed for the Round Top Spring show with 4 women. It was a darling place and we got good tips from our host Natalie. It’s not right in the middle of things, but quick 20 minutes drive will get you to shopping and various cute towns and restaurants in the area. We had some problem with the sliding doors staying on the track, but otherwise a super stay."

"We stayed here with our student organization and absolutely loved it! The space was perfect for our group—plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected. We used the trail for a peaceful prayer walk, grilled burgers together, and used the dance hall for worship and skits—it was the ideal setup for our retreat. "The house is perfect, the communication was great, the train that ran right by the house at 3 and 6 a.m. was unexpected, but would not deter me from staying again though. We had a great time!"

"We had family get together for a wedding near Brenham. The house was perfect for us . It was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the back yard too and liked that restaurants were in walking distance. Also appreciated the prompt responses to my questions. Would recommend this property!!"
