Otele girdiğimizde arabanın farı açık kalmış, kameralardan odamı bulup arayacak kadar sorumluluk sahibi,
Kahvaltı sırasında oturmaktan sıkılan çocuğumuzu alıp bahçeyi gezdirmeyi teklif edecek kadar samimi ve içten çalışanların olduğu temiz ve güzel otel.
Hiç yabancı hissetmedik ve hep içtendiler.
Buradan bir kez daha teşekkür etmek için bu yorumu yazıyorum.
Odalar ve havuz temizdi. Normalde otellerde rahat uyuyamam ama kesintisiz bir uyku yaşadım."

"Temizlik açısından ve otel personelinin yaklaşımından çok memnun kaldık. Otel van gölünün karşısında hoş bir manzaraya sahip. Otelin kahvaltısının daha önceki yorumlarda çok iyi olduğunu okumuştuk fakat malzemeler kaliteli olmasına rağmen çeşit olarak yeterli gelmedi bize. Kahvaltı iyileştirilebilir. Van’a yolumuz tekrar düşerse tereddüt etmeden kalacağımız bir otel. "

"What I enjoyed the most was the people. Melisa, Reha, Yusuf, Verat, Fatih all my made 5 night stay fun and personable. I did not want to rent a car so they helped me navigate the bus and dulmus to Akdamar Island and into the City Center. I also took an afternoon in the town of Edremet and enjoyed the harbour and shops. The people were amazing and fun - taught me about the local area and a little about Kurdish culture. The room was spacious, the water hot, the view nice of the Lake. The one...

"The room was normal for the price. The biggest problem was the smell of cigarettes in the hallway and elevator. It felt like people were allowed to smoke in the rooms, which was not okay. It was also a bit noisy from outside, which makes me think the room was not soundproof. But other than that, the staff were kind and respectful, and I really appreciated that."
