  • Casa de piedra dividida en acogedores apartamentos. Tres confortables apartamentos cada uno con entrada independiente se han realizado a partir de una cuidadosa restauración de una antigua granja de piedra. En el jardín, cada apartamento tiene su propia mesa, sillas y sombrilla.

    A poca distancia de Castiglion Fiorentino. Los apartamentos Pozzonovo se encuentran en el campo, cerca de la localidad de Castiglion Fiorentino (1,5 km), a pocos pasos. Desde la estación de tren de Castiglion Fiorentino es posible comenzar las visitas diarias a Firenze, Roma y otras ciudades interesantes del centro de Italia.

    La hermosa piscina y la amplia zona verde. Paredes de piedra, techos de madera y mobiliario sencillo pero confortable hacen que los apartamentos sean interesantes. En el gran jardín hay una piscina de 6 x 12 m (profundidad 0,90-1,40 m), que se compartirá ocasionalmente con el propietario, cancha de bádminton, tenis de mesa, bolera, bicicletas de montaña y barbacoa.

    Apartamento en primera planta. Sala de estar / comedor con cocina americana, chimenea y sofá cama doble, habitación doble, baño con ducha.

Eenvoudige bovenwoning

De aankomst was voorspoedig. De eigenaar/beheerder spreekt enkel vloeiend Italiaans. Het huisje is eenvoudig ingericht. We hebben zelf nog wat normale wijnglazen gekocht, ook een kurkentrekker ontbrak.Het servies en de pannen hadden hun beste jaren wel gehad en het bed kan meteen naar de stort. Doorgelegen en een hoop herrie. De douche is zeer klein. Het zwembad was heel prima, het buiten gebeuren was ook mooi! Veel plekjes met schaduw. Het ligt vlakbij het stadje met alle winkels. Ook restaurantjes en een pizza-take-away vlakbij. Mooie omgeving! Rustig, weinig toeristen. Heel aangenaam. Bezoek aan Arezzo is aan te raden!

The house was up the stairs, no balcony to sit on. The garden and swimmingpool were good. The bed was terrible and the kitchen utilities were old!

The location of the property was amazing, it was a short walk to Castiglion Fiorentino. We stayed there a week with our 10 months old and everything was perfect. The owner even lent us the chair he used for his grandchildren. He did not speak english but we managed to understand each other just fine! The pool and grounds are well kept and beautiful. Inside it is basic but perfect for the price and everything you need is there :) Ciao!

The location of the property was amazing, it was a short walk to Castiglion Fiorentino. We stayed there a week with our 10 months old and everything was perfect. The owner even lent us the chair he used for his grandchildren. He did not speak english but we managed to understand each other just fine! The pool and grounds are well kept and beautiful. Inside it is basic but perfect for the price and everything you need is there :) Ciao!
