"The studio was well maintained, secure, safe. The owners (Flavia and Lanfranco) are super nice people and picked us up at the airport when our flight was changed and late. You have use of a pool, a barbeque and there are multiple friendly cats. The refrigerator, micro, stove top, coffee maker all worked and helped us stay fed and prepare for the day. We walked to Antica archeological site. All good."

"Good location from the airport. Parking is plenty. Shared bathrooms with other tenants. Air conditioning works well. Needs more pillows for beds."

"The room and space were very clean and well maintained. I was greeted at the apartment and shown my room and all the amenities in the shared space. There was a lovely balcony to take coffee or breakfast on. I unfortunately only stayed one night. Alessio assisted me via chats and was extremely helpful. I took the train from Rome which was very easy about 30 minute ride. There are many things to do and see in Ostia. Great seafood! I would return when summer is a bit more underway as I went in May....

"The staff are simply amazing. So nice and feels like family. Don’t miss the breakfast it is unbelievably good. Transportation to the airport with there van only takes 15 minutes. Nice restaurants an easy 20 minute walk to beach area."

"Location near airport, suitable for short stay. There is shopping mall near by as well as train station. they have an airport shuttle with responsible price. We arrived quit early, but staff didnt alow us in till 14 oclock However, our flight was delayed and we ask them to let us check out at least one oclock but they refused."

"You definately need a car for this location unless it’s one night and transit to the airport. Nice wee pool and patio to relax. Didn’t try the breakfast as I was always on the go. Parking is good. However My car received damage ( probably from another vehicle reversing out) Thankfully covered by FULL damage waiver insurance Good for the beaches and airport"
