Its location is strategic, as it sits at a triple border: Villa Campanile is in the province of Pisa and borders Altopascio, which is in the province of Lucca, and Galleno, which is in the province of Florence.

The property is modern, having been completely renovated in 2025, featuring exposed chestnut beam ceilings, Impruneta terracotta tiles, and Antica Pieve terracotta tiles from Solava.
