"This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. "Place was well situated close to restaurants and public transportation- though subway was a bit hard to navigate. Our rooms were secure, modern, clean, and comfortable. A bit on the smaller side but comfy. We stayed in the Ebe room, so others might be a bit roomier. The staff was very helpful in checking in, offering suggestions for places to eat, and getting us a taxi for when we needed to head out to or next destination. If we ever go back to Naples, we will be staying here again!"
