"Very good contact throughout with host ,the apartment was lovely but for us the location was fantastic right where you need to be but tucked away from street noise roof terrace lovely too it's really everything you need as a newcomer or repeat visitor ,top notch very much recommended. "

"The check in process was smooth and front desk staff was helpful. My room was clean and came with a free bottle of water. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel has a pool and outdoor bar. Food at the bar was just okay. It was difficult to get Ubers from Carvoeiro to Portimao and Praia da Rocha, so keep that in mind if that’s where you’re planning to spend most of your time."

"We paid nearly C$500 per night, and while the room itself was attractive and well laid out for a family, the overall experience didn't reflect that price. "the arrival date we got information about changing the appartment. that apartment wasnt as the one we booked : no ocean view, no washing mashine no modernization. it was in a bad shape and needs a renovation. The apartment we ve booked I could visit after a week with the option to move there, but it was full of moist and left in a terribly by the long term guests .
