Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire…...

"La maison est très agréable et parfaitement située. Même par grosse chaleur, elle reste très agréable. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur pour que chacun puisse exercer ses activités au calme. C'est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent passer du temps à découvrir le Latium. Tivoli est à 20mn, Rome à 35 minutes. Naples n'est qu'à 2 heures de route. "Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"We rented the house with a group of 10 friends. The house was very beautiful, well equiped, with a wonderful view and romantic sunset. Perfect for a proposal! The hosts are very friendly. They communicate smooth, welcomed us warmly and helped us in all possible ways. If you like a nice house and love to chill, this is the perfect place! There are not a lot of main tourist attractions close to Palombara Sabina, so a car is a must have! Be also prepared that the house is quite remote so the wifi...

"We had fantastic three days at Carmine's. The house is truly spectacular, it must be like staying with Hagrid from Harry Potter. The place was full of old curiosities and had an exciting atmosphere. "We stayed in this wonderful place for 3 nights and I would have asked to stay longer if we could. This was our first time in Italy and tried to do the whole trip by train, bus, taxi or uber. Little did we know (I tried doing as much research as I could, but still it wasn’t enough) we would have needed a car for this beautiful, little village in the mountains. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. "The loft was lovely and spacious. The internal arched brick design was architecturally beautiful. A bedside light on the right side of the bed to match the left would have been nice as would slightly more comfortable chairs for sitting and reading, however, having a kitchen table and nice bathroom as well as an operating fridge and microwave were added bonuses during our stay"
