"House is set up nicely to encompass both small and larger groups. Diff areas for the kids to chill out in. Kitchen living lounge area is welcoming and heated with a heat pump. Dry room also available for those avid outdoors peeps.Location is an easy stroll into town. Would highly recommend this property!"

"The house was great, we stayed so my husband and brother in law could do the Tongariro Crossing. We all stayed including the kids and there was plenty of room and had everything we needed. John was great allowing a super late checkout for us also. The housr was clean and tidy. Perfect property for our stay and family numbers. Would highly recommend this property "

"Our group of four had a fantastic stay at Tracy and Steve's well-equipped property. The house had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, all linen provided, and a cozy fireplace that kept us warm. Perfect location for walking to town and driving to local attractions like the Tongariro River and Tokaanu Hot Pools.The road noise from Highway 1 was minimal and didn't affect our stay. Excellent value for money and ideal for families or small groups exploring the region. Would definitely book...
