  • This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with all the amenities for your families comfort, includes complementary Stage 2 EV charging station. The kitchen has top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, gourmet quality cookery and utensils. The adjacent dining room features a beautiful teak dining table and chairs.The living room has a comfy leather couch and exquisite Danish reclining leather chairs with ottomans that will put you to sleep as you enjoy the entertainment center with quality audio, cd, dvr and a 60" TV with cable and Free WiFi included. Completing the first floor is a bedroom/ sitting room with futon /full size bed conversion and connecting bathroom as well as a laundry room with front loading washer and dryer.
    Upstairs the master suite includes a gas fireplace, walk-in closet and Jacuzzi bathtub. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor have their own private bathrooms
    The pet friendly fenced in backyard provides a deck with table, umbrella and cushioned chairs plus a gas barbecue and wood burning fire pit for your evening relaxation.
    There is garage parking for one car plus additional driveway and street parking.
    Sean and Julie our full time tenants in the studio apartment above the garage are very helpful if you have any questions or problems. They are Carpinteria locals and happy to share knowledge of local attractions, hiking, beaches, restaurants etc. They have their own side yard entrance. Please respect their space and leave the left parking space in the driveway to them.
    Close proximity to the freeway makes the location convenient to Downtown Carpinteria, Summerland and Santa Barbara

I think this was our 5th trip to Carpenteria. We live in the Bay Area but one of my daughters and husband live in LA. We are making it a tradition the celebrated Easter there and this was one of the nicest places we’ve rented. It has everything we are looking for; especially access to Santa Claus Beach. Very dog friendly, spacious, well kept. What’s not to like. The next time we head to Carpenteria this will definitely be our first choice to return to. Thank you very much for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

It was lovely having a place large enough for 3 adults and 3 children. The beaches were great; we enjoyed the area very much. The house overall was in great shape, the combination door lock was very challenging for my sons and me; made it a frustrating entry each time.... might be time for a new lock system? Otherwise, it was perfect for our gathering place. Thank you!

Golf getaway had three buddies with me so having four rooms and four bathrooms was fine overall everything was good little weak on the kitchen utensils and such but other than that great stay

Nice place

Love that it was easy to get online , the house was perfect for 7 adults, each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom. Had plenty of towels and linen. Was only there for 2 nights, very lovely home. I would recommend it for any family with pets. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home!

This was the perfect stay for my children and I during Mother’s Day weekend. The hosts were fantastic and they accommodated an early Check in for us. The listing is exactly as advertised and more! Will definitely stay again soon.

Carpenteria vacation

This is a big house and nicely furnished. It backs up to the freeway so there is a bit of noise if you’re in the backyard. It was a wonderful getaway and we enjoyed our stay!

Comfy home

Easy rental, fully stocked, comfy beds, only downside is traffic in front and Hwy 101 in the back. I would stay again.
