"The appartment is well situated between Reggio nell Emilia, Modena and Bologna and not far from the lovely hills of the Appenin Mountains hence offering lots of opportunities for biking and hiking. It has a large terrace which invites for having breakfeast in the morning and dinner in the evening. For this we would have liked the kitchen to be better equipped. We would have also enjoyed contacts with the farmer.In summary, we liked this place."

"We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares"

"This was a great town to visit. The BB Luna has some great Michelin star restaurants in walking distance. Make sure to not park across the street on weekends because of the local market. In Addition the gps brings you across the street. Search BB Luna when you get in the area. The host was one of the most thoughtful people and he was always making sure our stay was great. "

"Milena and her husband, are a very sweet couple!!! Always there when we needed them. They left us little treats in the appartement, and then brought us a bottle of wine & balsamic vinegar. Their place is absolutely beautiful, well decorated. Everything you need to feel right at home!!! Their place is situated close to vineyards, so you can do some wine tasting, cherry picking when in season, close to The Ferrari Museum, & the Enzo Ferrari Museum. "Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

"We enjoyed the property in Modena. It was clean, comfortable, and well located. Sally was a fantastic host, responding quickly to our needs and offering suggestions. She even took us for a tour of a cheese factory. The only suggestion we could make is to supply check-in details a little sooner. We didn't receive them until the morning of check-in. It didn't really cause a problem, but we were becoming a little concerned at the time. Despite this, we would gladly stay here again should we ever...
