"A cottage that beckons you to come in, make yourself at home, & RELAX. My high-school foreign exchange students 2 girls (N. Macedonia & Kyrgyzstan) & 2 boys (Taiwan & Kazakhstan), the host father of the girl from Kyrgyzstan, & I were in Tallahassee to visit the Capitol & see the legislature in session. Anxious to get inside, the students streamed back out, exclaiming how beautiful & nice the house is inside "How did you find it!?" Phenomenal, homemade, healthy bars & lovely, handwritten words...

"I booked the property for my family to stay at because I did not have enough room at my home. The house was amazing as well as the backyard pool. The scenery is wonderful with the pond. Everything is so nice and peaceful. Steve was a fabulous host. He is prompt with communication and very accommodating. My family enjoyed themselves so much that they would like to book this vacation home again! If you're thinking about renting this home don't hesitate, go for it!"

"The house is a a 3-bedroom with an attached studio apartment, so 4 total bedrooms and 2 kitchens. Had plenty of room for th whole family and 3 full bathrooms. Very nice."

"It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price."

"This house was perfect for our family! It was in a great neighborhood, which was quiet and had friendly neighbors. The location was perfect for us. We seemed to be 15 minutes from anywhere in the city. The house was very clean and new! The beds were very comfortable. "
