"We were super excited and happy with the house! Spent most of my time in the screened in porch. Watching the Manatee and gators.Had my extended family over for a meal and watch football game. It was super spacious for all to visit and eat comfortably. "

"This was a great stay and fun for all of my family and friends! It was a unique house that has a lot of interesting rooms. We enjoyed having the ability to have a family and friends party in a secluded venue. We loved the ability to do clay shooting too! "

"We had a very nice peaceful stay. Mrs. Ann was an excellent hostess. She stocked the property with anything you would need. And the fresh made muffins were a special delicious treat. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet country stay. "

"When we arrived at the property it was already occupied. I was charged on 5/5/2025 for the booking and am now unable to get a refund due to supposedly the late cancelation. Which was unforeseen since i did noy know it was unavailable till the moment i went to check in."

"This was a perfect place to stay for a FSU game. We could make simple meals and we weren’t caught up in the craziness of Tallahassee. We were two couples, each of us had a bedroom & bath. Nice living area with Roku tv. "

"The house is a a 3-bedroom with an attached studio apartment, so 4 total bedrooms and 2 kitchens. Had plenty of room for th whole family and 3 full bathrooms. Very nice."

"It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price."

"The home is so welcoming. Plenty of games to play. We absolutely love the pool. The kitchen was big enough for all the women in the house cooking meals. The location was the best. Nothing was really very far from the house yet we were in a nice neighborhood surrounded by trees. Making it feel as if we were far away from city life. The hostess texted to ensure we were doing ok. And if we did need her she answered quickly. Definitely would stay here again. "

"The Schoolhouse may be the best VRBO property we have ever used...and we have been members 10 years and used many. Our hosts, the Bachmans, were very easy to work with and very responsive.
