The apartment is all on one level (ground floor), with access to a partially sheltered garden equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners. The living area features a double sofa bed and a built-in kitchenette with gas burners. The bedroom has a French bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and bidet.

Important notes:

Groups or couples under the age of 21 are not allowed

Bed and bath linen: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; cannot be booked on-site)

A €50.00 supplement is required for check-ins after 8:00 PM

Check-in instructions are sent to the guest 48 hours before arrival. For any assistance, you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our Mola offices, or during the off-season at our Portoferraio office.
