Bedroom 1:
This elegant room offers an extra-length King-size bed for a luxurious
night's sleep. It leads onto a balcony and includes a TV on a table
that doubles up as a work desk . There is an ensuite bathroom which is
equipped with a walk-in shower and a bathtub for flexibility and
relaxation.
Bedroom 2:
This room includes another extra-length King-size bed for a luxurious
night's sleep. This bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom which is
equipped with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2:
Perfect for friends or family, this room includes an extra-length
Queen-size bed for a luxurious night's sleep. There is a standalone
bathroom, located just down the hallway, features a shower, providing
you with flexibility and comfort.
Additional Amenities Include:
- Uncapped Wifi: Stay connected with high-speed internet, perfect for
remote work or staying in touch with loved ones.
- Netflix: Enjoy your favourite shows and movies on the 70inch Smart
TV.
- Washing Machine: Take advantage of the in-unit washing machine for
added convenience during your stay.
- Inverter: Rest easy knowing that scheduled power outages
(load-shedding) should not disrupt your WiFi connectivity and usage of

streetside parking next to the property.
Guest access:

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.

Please Note: There is an independent development project taking place next door, which forms part of the broader growth in the area. While this is not connected to our building or unit, it may be noticeable during daytime hours.

Other things to note:
We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an
additional cost, if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic
shower amenities are provided.

Please note that there is currently active construction in the surrounding area between 08:00 and 17:00, which some guests may find disruptive during daytime hours. We would also like to inform guests that the pool is currently undergoing repairs and may not be available during your stay. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
