"Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay."

"We really enjoyed this stay! We liked the area and it was walkable to some restaurants, bars and the beach! It is right down the street from a small, private beach and longer ways to a more public, larger beach. The staff were very friendly, place was maintained and clean- not super updated but not in bad condition! We would definitely plan to stay again! "

"I arrived in the room and the heat was not working. The office is not staffed overnight at this time of the year, so I had to reach out to the emergency line. After several phone calls, a space heater was brought to the room. That device was 1) not going to heat the room thoroughly and 2) was not safe to be running in a room overnight- especially a room with a child in it. It took over a dozen phone calls to get moved to a new room and that was not until almost 11 PM. I would NOT recommend...

"The cutest, cleanest boutique hotel on The Cape. Beautiful accommodations, excellent staff. I asked for ice cubes and they brought me a cup filled with ice and a lid. "There was no one in the office and the office was locked when I got there. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. There was a pass code you had to press into the doorknob to unlock the door. The code was the room number three times (room 23, unlock code 232323) and no dead bolt. Poor security. The furniture was old and mismatched and the room smelled very moldy. There was no cable television, you had to use your own logins for streaming apps to watch tv....
