He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. "Great place to stay. Close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are very clean!"

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the garden in the back is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here since it was pet-friendly ($40/night fee per pet not included in Hotels com quote). The location is also central to the beach and to the commercial areas. The only downside was that our sink was clogged the duration of our stay, but overall, a comfortable home base for our adventures!"

"I would not recommend this property. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff were not particularly welcoming, and we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The TV in our room did not work, there was trash left under the bed, suggesting the room had not been properly cleaned, and we found hair in the shower upon arrival. "Jonathan Edwards was on point good little spot nice big bed with tv above. I swam in the morning very nice. Good breakfast place with in walking distance. Near ice cream ans arcades health food coffee amd yoga down the street! A good mid cape get away"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Meadow Inn! It was a quaint old home. The owners have done a tremendous job of making it homey and charming. The breakfasts were so delicious and beautiful! The hosts were great at giving us ideas of places to visit and things to do on the cape."

Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean.
