Newly renovated, an affordable, fully furnished one bedroom, one bath condo on the FIRST floor, is just a short walk to the beach.

Located just off the main road, in Cape Canaveral, the condo is only 300 yards walk to the beach. It is only a quick drive to Port Canaveral, with its restaurants and Exploration Tower; the condo is near to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and also Kennedy Space Center.

The condo sleeps 4 with a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Enjoy your days on the beach and relax in the evening with a 42” flat screen TV, and free wi-fi.

The inside is very nice and the A/C works wonderfully. It is stocked with necessities (towels, shower stuff, kitchenware) and even had beach stuff available to borrow. Disney+ and Hulu was free to use on the TV. Overall really nice and the parking was convenient plus the walk to the beach was quite nice.

Spent the weekend visiting family in Cocoa Beach area. Nice place to stay. We spent most of our time with family or at the beach. Would definitely stay again.

The property looked exactly as pictured. It was on the small side, but perfect for a couple staying a few days.Being compact, there wasn't a lot of space for storing luggage. Luckily, we packed light! Clean, contemporary furnishings with everything needed to make your own meals, but also close to many area restaurants.The location was good being only a block & a half off the beach, which made it very handy to walk down to watch a rocket launch. The closet contained beach chairs, toys & even a sun hat. The neighborhood was typical for a beach town & we always felt safe walking around, day or night. We had no issues with noise whatsoever.Lastly, Petra, the property manager, was very responsive whenever we had questions.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Great location 1 1/2 blocks to the beach with good views of Cape Canaveral. Had hoped for a launch but weather didn’t permit it. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was I had hoped for some up to date visitor information as we had never been in that area.

This freshly appointed property was a joy to stay in. Because you have multiple residents above, beside and across from you, if you do not like loud noises you are dependent upon the grace of your neighbors which is the case in many, if not most, rentals. That said, we stayed for 32 days and only heard loud noises at night 2 times and then for less than a minute so the comments about noisy neighbors in prior reviews didn't apply to our stay. I would stay there again for sure - very close to the beach and close to the Rec Center and library.

Inside unit was nicely renovated. Nice bathroom reno too! My only gripe is lack of good towels in the bathroom. The condo building is undergoing a remodel so its a little sketchy right now. But it was very quiet at night. The neighborhood is so-so but proximity to the beach is amazing! Host was super nice & quick with all communication. Overall a good stay.

Pulling up to the address, I thought we had been scammed. The neighborhood looked like beach bums hangout! The condo complex was being renovated. So it looked like something you would see in in a housing project. There was wood railings EVERYWHERE and the stairs didn’t look sturdy and safe at ALL! THANK GOODNESS our condo was downstairs or I would have requested a full refund. However, once inside the condo, it was clean and cozy. It had everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom even used bottles of shower gel with dried crusty gel on the top. Only thing missing was an iron. We enjoyed the surrounding area. I would definitely inform guests of the thun walls, we could hear everything from neighboring condos and passerby. Also let the guest know the conditions of the neighborhood. Take pictures of the outside so guest can make the choice to stay there or not. I honestly didn't feel safe coming and going in that neighborhood.

The first two days were fine with the exception of the person above the property that blasts loud music the whole time. The other two days I was there I had to be out of the home for the entirety of the day as there was loud construction going on outside and above the property that I had no idea would be happening during my stay. I felt unsafe leaving the home with the construction going on above me in fear something would fall from above my head as well as the cloud of dust the surrounded the place. The scaffolding that surrounded the ground made for an unpleasant curb appeal. Finally, I was dissatisfied that the host did not reply to my messages about the unpleasant environment and my stay at the condo.
