"Colton was an excellent host!!!!! His communication was quick and professional! The boathouse is s great thing to experience if you haven't done so! For the age of the boat it still was in excellent condition! The view of the water is absolutely stunning!!! Just bring extra blankets or comforter with you cause it does get cold from being right on the water but other than thst the trip was perfect!"

"The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!"

"Very quiet neighborhood: we slept well. Well-appointed lovely renovated Edwardian with thoughtful details. Perfect for a couple in the cozy queen bed: i wouldn't recommend a third person unless they were sleeping in something like a port a crib. We conveniently parked a medium size car on the street of the property’s driveway. We used the muni bus 3-4 blocks away to get everywhere we needed. Glen Park BART would be very handy, too.
