"This hotel has a lot more character than chain places on the highway, and parking was easy in the lot behind the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were large and well-decorated, and the restaurant on the ground floor was top-notch."

"The hotel was 4-weeks old - so the room had that "new" smell. We were there for an evening stopover driving into Boston from Toronto with kids. Thus, having a working indoor pool was important. Parking was amply available and the free breakfast was a god-send since it helped us save a few bucks with the terrible exchange rate us Canadians have to contend with! "Beautiful hotel, very well-maintained. Friendly professional, welcoming staff. Rooms are beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. Exceptional service by the staff at this particular property. We ended up leaving something behind by mistake and they immediately called us and let us know that we had left something in the room that was important to us. We really appreciate the extra special personalized service. When in the area, we will definitely stay here again. "

"This motel worked perfectly for our weekend at Tanglewood. We had two rooms for our group, and they were perfectly clean, and it was quiet at night. The facilities are outdated and could use a renovation. But for location - just a short drive to Tanglewood - and cleanliness, it fit the bill. Also, the service was excellent. "

"Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Takes a couple of minutes for the shower to get hot but it does work and is HOT. It’s like stepping into 1991 decor-wise which was excellent. Nice having outdoor access I’ll be staying here again "

"Read reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. We'll definitely stay here again"

"Our stay at The Dewey was fantastic! Everything was easy and efficient, and it was so close to both town and Tanglewood. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the 3rd floor shower was fantastic, and the room was well-appointed without being overly crowded. "We were attracted to the overall ambiance of Whistler's Inn. A charming B&B that was nearby the main area of Lenox, as well as within shouting distance of many places of interest. Our main contact, Lisa, went out of her way to keep us informed about our upcoming stay, and then did so much to make us feel welcome. Our only "4" rating was due to the number of stairs we had to negotiate. Overall, don't hesitate to consider Whistler's Inn for your next Berkshires visit."
