The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two by the cosy indoor fireplace. Don't forget to soak up the sunshine and enjoy a BBQ on the patio!

LOCATION:
The home is located just a short 10 minute drive into the town of Orange where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, bars, cafes, restaurants, parks and more.
Mount Canobolas is also only a 5 minute drive away where you can do a lovely lake walk and stop in at the lake kiosk and cafe, as well as the small Italian restaurant 'Fiorinis' - one of Orange's best authentic Italian Restaurants that only the locals know about.
Vineyards and Cellar Door Tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
As the farm is surrounded by working orchards, you may hear what sounds like gunshots going off here and there ONLY during the day as this scares off the birds to stop them from damaging the fruit. Please reach out to us if you need to know any more information regarding this.
Fireplace: This property has a fireplace that you are welcome to use. Firewood is provided. If you do require more there are several local shops where you can purchase some on your way into town, or we would be happy to provide some for you if you'd like to purchase some from us which we can deliver to the property.
