"Fantastic property equipped with everything we needed in a cute neighborhood! Not far from University of Arkansas and restaurants. Had an issue when we first got there with code not being correct for keypad, but property manager was attentive and it was quickly remedied. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again."

"Walk into a clean, beautiful kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room with AMAZING views of Lake Fort Smith. I loved that the master bedroom was on the complete opposite side of the house. Laundry area was the perfect size! Spent a lot of relaxing time on the porch with our coffee, taking in the EXCEPTIONAL views. Peaceful and inviting. We cooked our food on the gas powered griddle just outside. Given the weather was hot, my husband woke up around 530 am to take a short dip in the hot...
