"One night stay for MLB (CSW) game on our stadium tour. Easy walk to CTA station and short ride to the game. Hotel is very nice, clean with super comfortable beds. Only challenge was the parking garage. It is a tight fit in the spots and corners with a small rental SUV (VW Taos) and no room to turn around if spaces are not available. Staff was super friendly and helpful with navigating to the surrounding attractions. "

"This was a nice smaller-sized room. Very clean! The property was walkable to many restaurants and right next to Starbucks and a candy/snack shop."

"When we checked in, we were told that we are on the 3rd foor. Problem was, no elevator. I nor my sister could keep going up and down the stairs. The good thing was that the front desk person went out of his way to put us in a 1st floor room after the 1st night."

"We stayed here because we were in walking distance to Soldier field. It was a very spacious room and up to date in appearance. Every day staff stopped by to see what we needed which was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the “Fatpour” pub right next door. There is a Starbucks right near the hotel as well although we didn’t use that. There are not a lot of other things around there. You do have to walk a fair distance to get into the hub of shops and restaurants. But...

"Great downtown location. Very clean and great staff!"

"The hotel property is a little tired but that's part of its "iconic" charm. Food in the restaurant was good but the service was spotty, at least at breakfast (ate there three mornings in a row). I had to ask twice to get things I ordered and it was hard to get my server's attention when it was time to pay."
