"This place was the perfect cozy retreat with clean and comfortable rooms and plenty of space to relax. We loved seeing the deer family that seemed to love the yard next-door. Perfect pricing for the location too! Only recommendations would be to add a little more privacy curtains to the front door but other than that perfect (kids are definitely audible but I think it was sweet) thanks! "

"Interior of the home is warm, inviting, comfortable, extremely clean, and well-stocked. The home isstaged beautifully and hosts provided travel toiletries in bathrooms in case we forgot something!Beds and bedding are beautiful and comfortable.The gravel driveway was large and can accommodate multiple cars comfortably.Communication with the hosts was excellent leading up to our visit…very responsive."

"This gorgeous house is not only comfortable and Homie, the outside area is like an oasis. Beautiful playground across the street and quick walk to all the downtown shops and fun activities for the kids. Can’t wait to return and have fun again!"

"The house was very nice. We have family in the area, and will likely be back! Pro tip: The only challenge of this location is turning left out of the neighborhood, especially during busy afternoon traffic. If you cut behind the Dunkin / gas station, you can get to the light to turn left. "

"My wife stayed here and she absolutely loved it. She was there to celebrate our grandson’s 1st birthday and stated that she would definitely stay again. "

"We were looking for something nicer and more secure than a hotel. The neighborhood is safe and the option to use the garage was appreciated. The rental space was recently updated and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the home owner was great and she was very flexible when we had to add another night. We would recommend staying here if you want something that feels more like home. "

"We were in the Athens to have the memorial service for my husband. Our family was able to comfortably stay at the Wexford place and have ample space and showers!! The location is ideal - close to just about anything you need in the Athens area. Such a grand, comfortable place. Teenagers loved playing football in the backyard and even took advantage of the warm temps to enjoy swimming in the pool."

"Such a relief from the tired hotel rooms in Athens. This was an easy drive into town for our visit. We loved the adorable modern farmhouse look. Location and parking were well marked, and the path was nicely lit. Owner has thoughtfully appointed the house with basic needs and extras. Thank you! "

"This was a wonderful house! Close to the city, but it was like we were in the country! We saw deer and wildlife every day. The house was clean and had everything we needed or wanted. I would definitely recommend if you want a quiet relaxing spot in the city. I would definitely stay here again. The internet was a little spotty, but we were very happy with our stay!"

"We stayed at the Toadhaus when our dog needed heart surgery at UGA. It was a very stressfull time but having a great place to stay was something we didn't have to stress about. The studio was clean, quiet, safe and private. It was conveniently located, just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here. "
