"We stopped overnight on our way to the beach. The house is as described in the listing. Everything was sparkling clean and the house is nicely decorated. It’s easy to tell the owner takes pride in providing excellent customer service and has wonderful communication skills. The added touch of snacks and drinks provided was an additional bonus and much appreciated by our group."

The communication between the owner was great, and the information in the house guidebook was very informative and helpful. "We were so pleased upon check-in (a very smooth process) to see that the listing pictures and the actual home were just alike. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, the kitchen a chef's dream, and the entire back wall of sliding doors allowed us the most beautiful view of the yard and the river. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and using the kayaks. Such a peaceful place! We were five adults and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations! The next time we visit family in...

"This was a perfect location for relaxing and playing. There were several things to do in the area. You can watch the cows and goats be milked on the property, or explore the area to tube/kayak down the Chipola river, hike, explore caves at the caverns state park, swim in the several springs, shop. We really enjoyed all of the animals the host had. Cows, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, peacocks, and the sweetest farm dogs that will likely visit you throughout your stay. "Lovely home, reminded me of my late grandma n papa. Dont change a thing! This place is a time capsule and we enjoyed every moment. Yard and lawn was great to walk around barefoot and bird watch. Very private and welcoming, so close to the state park and cypress spring. We were blessed to stay here and have our mothers birthday with all her sons; my brothers. "
