"I surprised my husband for his 60th Birthday! We loved staying here and it was so close to town! Everything was clean and comfortable! Woke up at 12:00 on Saturday night looked out and two deers were in the yard! Just amazing time"

"I loved the location. It was quiet and relaxing. The only thing that i didn't like was that there was only one TV and the wifi was the greatest. The kids and i loved our stay. "

"We were scheduled to stay there starting July 7th but due to the tragic flooding on July 4th, we were unable to visit the property. Becky was very kind and understanding and allowed a refund for our stay. We're going to give it a little time and try to rebook what looks like a fantastic property to visit."

"House was very clean and lots of extra amenities. Host was easy to communicate with and the extra arrival text was extremely helpful knowing what rental was ours. Would gladly stay here again. "

"The host was super attentive and answered all of my questions. The entire cabin was clean and tidy. The kitchen was great and allowed me to cook full meals. The view of the lake was a lovely especially while sitting in rocking chairs. I would definitely stay here again. "

"we loved our stay. it’s very quiet but you can be in Kerrville in like 15 minutes or Bandera in maybe 20-25. we hit HEB and James Avery and stayed put the rest of the time. it’s exactly as peaceful as we were looking for. "

"Beautiful, cozy rental. Everything was super clean, and owner/management had thought of every detail a visitor might need. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. We particularly enjoyed morning coffee sitting out on the nice back covered porch: comfy outdoor chairs and privacy of the pretty little backyard! Lovely quiet neighborhood!"
