"The house worked well for our group. It’s a fun layout and the beds were comfortable. Location was close to the metro, which was convenient. The kitchen could definitely use some bigger pots and pans, especially for cooking for a group. Overall, it did the job for our stay. We would stay there again. "

"Nick was the most attentive host anyone could ever ask for. The property was clean and stocked with any supplies you could ever need. Ubers and Lyfts were the best options for transportation to and from White House, Capitol, museums, etc. tip: make sure to read the Welcome white notebook when you arrive, lots of valuable information.A wonderful trip! "Started off a bit rocky. We were approaching our check in time and hadn’t gotten any check in instructions. Reached out and were told unit wouldn’t be ready until 4, check in was at 3. Ended up being ready at 3;30. There is a LOT of traffic, especially during the morning rush. While not on a main road, people use the street as a short cut to get around the traffic lights at the corner. The neighborhood is a bit run down. "Our Washington experience was enriched by staying in a residential neighborhood that dates to the 1800s The neighbors were friendly. The house had been redone in the last couple of years, with new bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, flooring, very clean. We could walk to the Safeway, trolley stop, nearby restaurant. Most of the time there were five of us, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch for drinks and snacks. "

"We came with young children and the house was well appointed with everything we needed as a large group. The location is perfect with young kids, a playground the next block over and a metro stop is 5 minute walk. Everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly! We really enjoyed our stay here in DC!"

"This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. "Nice house in a vibrant neighborhood. Very close to the national mall. NoMa metro station was a 30 min walk, not bad in the mornings. Bikes, scooters, and vsrious ride shares are convenient to this location. One train change and you can be at the Smithsonian stop in about 20 min. "Great place to stay for our visit to DC. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It’s located a simple 15-20 min walk from the No-Ma Gallaudet metro station and also near Union station. Trader Joe’s was a 10-15 min walk away, which made picking up some groceries easy.Owners were helpful and quick to respond before our stay and during our stay.It was a great stay! "
