"Very nicely decorated log cabin/house complete with everything needed for an enjoyable stay - even had doggie dishes for our pup. Blinking lights around the pines out on the deck and driveway were a great touch. Great setting in the pines, next to the river. Wished there had been steps down to the river, even rustic ones (instead of the steep bank/slide) but I'm sure there was a reason why not. "it was soooo cute, the blankets r sooo soft and the plates and bowls were also so pretty. the porches in the front and back were so nice to sit around and have breakfast!! everything was so clean n comfy!"

"Perfect for me and my friends for a golf and casino weekend. The family visited from a couple miles away and really enjoyed the yard games and the beach. Kayaks and fishing were great for the kids. Plenty of room for all four couples, everyone had their own space. Firewood was provided, fantastic views for the fires at night. What a gorgeous home, we will be back! "

"We loved our time at this cabin!! Perfect for our needs and very well kept and great layout! Only critique... we wanted to flip our pancakes, but the kitchen was missing a spatula and this time of year it's tough to battle nature, but a few less ladybugs inside would have been perfect."

"This was a beautiful new place, right on the river. Accommodations were exactly as described in the listing. Everything was brand new and in wonderul condition. Most comfortable bed I've slept in outside of my own! My only complaint: the owner visited the connected shed 6 times in our 3 night stay. It did feel excessive. He was super nice and did communicate before showing up, but still. Overall it was a great stay though. Would definitely come back!"

"Has everything you need for your stay. Only downside is the toilet area very cramped if you’re not a skinny person. The bottom step into the cabin is very high. I have knee issues and so the step and bathroom were an issue. Otherwise the place is cute and very accommodating. The host was fantastic at replying to questions."

"My husband and I stayed for four nights - somewhat work related trip, we traveled the area every day. The location is close to the lake in a nice little neighborhood, we took walks everyday. (Didn’t have a chance to fish or check out any beach areas) We have stayed in several VRBOs and this was the absolute cleanest, most comfortable and well equipped place we have ever stayed. "The place was clean with comfortable furniture. Lots of space to spread out and add air mattresses if needed."

"The family enjoyed our quick one-night stay at this property. The house was spacious and bedrooms accommodated our big family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the sand and water from sun up to sun down along with the gaming room. The location is in great proximity to all of our favorite places (castle rock lake, dirty turtle, shipwreck, and kozys). Thanks for a nice time! "
