Camí de John Muir - Est

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was exactly as I expected, with a pleasant, slightly old-fashioned style and floral wallpaper, and it was very comfortable. The location is excellent: you can easily walk to the centre of Edinburgh, and there are plenty of interesting things to see along the way. And if you don’t feel like walking, there’s a bus stop literally right in front of the building, which is very convenient. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient for a good, satisfying breakfast. I’d also like to mention the very friendly and pleasant girls working at breakfast. The shared bathroom was clearly mentioned in the description beforehand, so it wasn’t a problem for me. The only thing I slightly missed was a small table in the room, where I could comfortably sit with a coffee or tea. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would happily stay here again if I visit Edinburgh again. I definitely recommend it!

The outside of hotel is nice and the area. Rooms are big but need to be updated, especially the bed and bathroom, also was no extra toilet paper. Things I did not like, someone knocking at my door at 11pm and running off, when I mention to front desk they were like dont know but they do with people checking in, also got charge extra 25 pounds at check out and they cannot explain why or even respond to me. They put us in a room , right at front of stairs did not like that.
