There is a small hotel-size fridge and microwave, with basic utensils for travelers who plan to eat most meals elsewhere, or microwave meals.
Do pay attention to the details of additional expenses. The base advertised cost doesn't cover cleaning and parking fees,"

"Everything was great! Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was that the end table in the livingroom and nightstand in bedroom did not appear to have been wiped down. There was something sticky on them. And a minor oversight (becuase this should have been done by prior guest) was that the coffee pot still had a used coffee filter with grounds in it. "Musty air, cobwebs bug and mosquito filled basement turned living space. Slippery bathroom with an untidy sight. Worst of, we could literally hear the noises and steps by the hostess and her family. We understand that kids are very active, however it was constant and very unnerving."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The check in process was very smooth and hassle free. The space was well furnished and clean. It also had everything you would need for your stay.
