"This was a good place to stay for our group. There was plenty of room and had all the amenities from a fully stocked kitchen to bathroom essentials. We particularly enjoyed the spacious kitchen, living room and theater room. The kids enjoyed the pool table and hockey table downstairs. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. "The house was perfect for our family. We didn’t spend much time there as we were visiting family. Check in was easy and directions to check out were easy! Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking ware and everything you need to make a delicious meal or grill out! The location was perfect for all our outings to Manitou Springs, Royal Gorge, and Cheyenne Mountian. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Colorado Springs!"

"We enjoyed this home so much! We stayed here for a week for a family vacation and it worked perfectly for us. The highlight was the backyard area. The deck and turf portion were perfect for all the kids to run around and play. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked for preparing meals. "Came there for a family reunion and had a great time. Had a few little things that were rectified quickly and I want to personally thank Allison and Tom for getting back to us so quick. Kids had a blast with so much to do that they didn't even think about the TV. House was more than spacious for 18 people and the pool and hot tub was a big hit. If you want quiet and nature this is the place and don't forget to watch for the deer that roamed through the property. "

"Dustin was super responsive and very attentive. The home was exactly as it was listed and was super clean! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was close to the activities that we were wanting to do. About 15 minutes away from Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls and Manitou Springs. If we ever visit Colorado Springs again, we will check if Dirt Bag Cavern is available :) "

"No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in."

"Enjoy this cute little house. Perfect for what we needed and the hot tub was great after long hikes through the day. "

We did a lot - the mountain zoo, the North Pole theme park, Paint Mines hike, Rainbow Gulch hike to reservoir, the Broadmoor hotel, cliff dwellings, etc. We had a great time! Loved the backyard - the grandkids loved playing back there. We even had a hailstorm in June - maybe lasted 1/2 hour. Super cool! "
