"The restaurants on property were excellent. The staff were always freindly and helpful. The one and only complaint was the glass shower door leaked to the outside floor. We had to lay towels on the floor to absorb the water after every shower. "
"This hotel is fabulous, the staff can’t do enough for you and breakfast is in till 1pm and it’s all cooked fresh for you. A fabulous place to stay.
The only down side was there were building works next door and drilling started early on the Monday, however it wasnt till much later on the Tuesday . If your thinking of staying might be worth checking these works have finished before booking

"This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe. The breakfast was great and had a menu you could order from in addition to the buffet. It’s a convenient walk to the Palma Cathedral and the restaurants/shopping in Palma as well, but the location itself is very quiet and peaceful. The rooftop is beautiful and overlooks the water and there’s a wellness room that’s heated and has an indoor pool/sauna. I...

The concierge ladies were so kind and helpful. They gave details and information to help us navigate there. We enjoyed chatting with them about Mallorcan experiences.
