"The room was very spacious with a lovely view, it really could do with a facelift, a bit worn and outdated, as we were there on Saturday night, there was very loud street noise until late, but not other nights. But, the location certainly made up for it! Actually got to see the Cruise Ship Carnival ..."

Hides Hotel Cairns
"I got sick due to mold in the air conditioner, the managers refused to clean it and told me I can leave if I don't like it. Mold sickness is deadly so I had to leave. Possibly the worst level of customer service I have received at a hotel."
