The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, dining table, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils), sofa, sofa bed, TV, and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet;

- BEDROOM II with a single bed, closet, and desk;

- BATHROOM I with bathtub and shower, bidet, toilet, and sink;

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €15 for each set of linens used.
