"Marco Polo in Ortigas is the only hotel I stay at when in Manila. From the concierge, bellhop, front desk to the restaurant wait staff and housekeeping, the service is beyond excellent. The rooms are spotless and AC is on par with Western standards. This was my fourth stay at Marco Polo and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel to friends and family."
