"I booked a room two weeks in advance. After placing the booking, I noticed that the guest name was entered incorrectly. I immediately canceled it through Expedia and then made a new booking. However, the hotel said there is no refund for the incorrect booking. I explained that I only canceled because the name was wrong and then rebooked immediately, but they still replied: no refund."

My reason for a lower score were circumstantial incidents: I was woken up by a crying baby throughout the night and you can hear easily through adjoining room doors. My room’s phone would not stop ringing every now and then, with no one on the other line."
