"We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place we would happily rent for a longer stay. It's close to the airport, spacious, and clean. Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get "inside," but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! It was so much nicer...

"This place is exactly as advertised. We stayed for a baseball showcase and it was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities you would need and if anything is forgotten I am sure the host thought of it and you can find it at the house. The welcome snack basket was a huge hit with my kids! The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, more than enough space for a family of 4, and private! Would absolutely recommend to anyone. "

"Pros: The property was clean, well-stocked, functional, and located in a convenient part of town if you need quick access to downtown Durham. The property was stocked with common necessities (shampoo, food seasonings, clothes iron, hairdryer, etc.). The only things missing were coffee creamer and tea, but I was able to get those things nearby. The main bedroom was perfect for a typical family of 4 - it had a bathroom inside the room with a very nice double shower. This was my first BNB...

" The house was clean, plenty of bath towels, and the pool was clean. The owner was very prompt about getting back to me, when I had questions. We were not there a while lot but a very quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds to lay out heads for some good sleep. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Turning 42 I was not looking for a turn up. I wanted peaceful and relaxed. That is exactly what I got. Check in was an easy process. The only problem that I had was I read the code incorrectly, and Communication was slow, but other than that getting into the property was easy. There is a shared driveway that I was not prepared for so be cautious when inviting people and having multiple cars, parking is limited to roughly about four or five cars. After that, you will have to park along the grass...

"We had an amazing visit! Our apartment was beautifully equipped and was in an unbelievable location! Everything was walkable and the people in the area were incredibly friendly. We loved hanging out in our apartment and the common areas. We will definitely use Barsala again in other cities - they were phenomenal with our customer service and the place was a 10 out of 10!!!"

"Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! We stayed during a week that was 105 to 110 with the heat index. Needless to say, we spent the majority of our time in and around the pool. The backyard is just as beautiful as all of the listing pictures make it look. We definitely enjoyed the pool table which also serves as a ping-pong table and a place to sit and eat in the shade. The screened in sunroom was the perfect place to hang out early in the morning with our coffee and later in the evening...

"Eric the host was great with communication and his house was super clean, well organized, and comfortable. Would stay again. He thought of everything you could need. Very accommodating. We were traveling with a toddler and especially appreciated the blackout curtains. Sadly, we had to put our dog down before our trip, Eric was kind to refund our pet fee."
