Ideal for individuals, couples and families, and also corporate groups, the peaceful country surroundings set the scene for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Built in 1976 by Diana and Kevin Cullen, the founders of the Cullen Wines, the Homestead is constructed from local granite rock and timber with sweeping panoramic views over the striking Margaret River countryside and local vineyards.

The Homestead is a self-catering holiday house made up of the main house and a studio sleeping up to 12 people.

Great getaway in wilyabrup

The homestead and studio were perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. Plenty of room outside for kids amd dogs to run around. kitchen is well provisioned, beds are comfy, bathrooms well stocked with toiletries. The breakfast supplies (bread, eggs, milk) left in the fridge were a lovely addition. Plenty of firewood for the open fire inside and lots of room for everyone to Lounge around or have a group dinner. If you like cooking, would suggest you byo knives as the ones provided were pretty blunt. Easy walk to cheeky monkey brewery and several wineries close by. Would love to come back in spring or summer.

Great location

We had a great time staying at the Cullen homestead. The location was perfect being amongst all the amazing wineries. Unfortunately the house lacked basic everyday things eg. salt, tea towels, oil. However, an abundance of fire wood for the lovely indoor fireplace and a BBQ! Will definitely come back!

Perfect Location

Great rustic homestead with plenty of room right in the center of many vineyards. We had an initial issue with the property however it was dealt with promptly by the amazing staff at Cullens Winery. They could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing short stay.

Cullens Homestead is the ideal location to access wineries, beaches and surrounding communities of Margaret River and Yallingup. Great facilities for kids and we love that our fur babies can join us too. Thank you.

Beautiful getaway

we had 12 family members and 2 dogs and had the most wonderful three nights away. The only drawback to our stay was that in the second home we had to walk through a bedroom to get to our bedroom and in two of the bedrooms there was nowhere to hang your clothes. However we all managed wonderfully. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic rustic and relaxing property. Wonderful for family holidays with fur babies as well.

Central to all attractions. Clean. Neat. Easy care. Tennis courts a bonus. Fantastic surrounds. Great fireplace. Highly recommended. A wonderful experience for our whole family.

Great location

We all loved the house and location. Heaps of wood supplied and nice little surprises in kitchen when we arrived. Our only suggestion is a large pot for kitchen, we had to cook our pasta in batches since we had 10 people staying. Otherwise fantastic.

Our 35km Walk.

Last year our group decided to do the Charles Perkins Womens Cancer Walk however Covid threw those plans into chaos. The Cape to Cape seemed the obvious place for our private walk. Cullens suited our needs for the group. Beautiful place, so peaceful to relax after this huge achievement.

Lovely Homestead

Gorgeous place to stay amongst the vineyards and a very cosy house. The hosts were very thoughtful with everything in accommodating a group of us for the weekend. Really loved it and will hopefully make it back in the future!

lovely homestead and property

We all loved the chance for a family catch up in beautiful surroundings. Character farmhouse and old style tennis court had the extended family of 11 people aged from 2 to 70 getting together to connect and enjoy a hit of tennis in a fine country setting. To top it off Yallingup beach was a short drive away

Cullen Homestead

Good location, Few wineries and cheeky monkey brewery are in walking distance from the property. Good set up for multiple groups or families to stay in due to main house and GM guest houses being seperate.

Amazing Location and property

Thank you so much for having us, what an amazing property. The whole family had so much fun, the view from the front balcony was stunning. Location was incrediably close to everything, and so private and hidden away. The houses were perfect, everything was very comfortable and clean. The welcome hamper upon arrival was very thoughtful. Can not give this place enough praise, we will be back.
