Escape to 57 offers the perfect base for your Busselton getaway, located within the popular Cape View Resort in Broadwater. Just a short stroll from the sandy shores of Geographe Bay, this spacious two-story townhouse is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax and explore the South West.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with three large bedrooms each featuring a king bed. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, while two additional bedrooms are upstairs. Please note: the property has two bathrooms, however, the upstairs shower is currently unavailable. The downstairs bathroom includes a shower and toilet, while the upstairs bathroom offers a toilet and vanity only.

Inside, you’ll enjoy an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private courtyard for alfresco dining. The light-filled spaces make it easy to unwind after a day at the beach, winery hopping, or enjoying local attractions.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
