THE Space

Busselton Beach Villa sits in the heart of Geographe, WA, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Inside, you'll find thoughtfully appointed living spaces designed for both relaxation and togetherness. The expansive lounge features a 75-inch TV perfect for movie nights, while the open-plan kitchen flows naturally into the dining area—ideal for families who like to cook together and share meals.

All spaces feature air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, and high-speed WiFi keeps you connected (or lets you stay pleasantly disconnected, depending on your preference). A dedicated workspace is available if you need to catch up on work.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The villa includes 5 beds across 4 bedrooms, giving you flexibility for various guest configurations. Each bedroom is outfitted with quality linens and reverse-cycle air conditioning. The master suite includes a private ensuite bathroom, while other bedrooms provide a relaxed, coastal atmosphere. Both bathrooms are stocked with hairdryers and essentials to get you started.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, rice cooker, and Nespresso coffee machine—everything you need to prepare meals as simple or elaborate as you'd like. To help you get started, the property supplies toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and basic cooking essentials for the first few days. Our office can assist with restocking supplies during your stay for a small fee.

The entertaining patio is fitted with an electrical BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying the backyard. A spacious, manicured lawn provides room for kids and pets to run and play.

Family Essentials: A 3-in-1 portable cot and high chair are available for guests traveling with young children.

Security & Safety: A secure, gated front yard provides peace of mind for children and pets to play, and a security camera monitors the garage area.

PET-Friendly Policy

One well-behaved pet is welcome to join your stay. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, pets are not permitted in bedrooms or on furniture, and must not be left alone on the property. A large, manicured backyard offers plenty of space for your companion to enjoy the outdoors.

Good TO Know

The property is fully self-contained and requires a $200 refundable security deposit prior to arrival, returned within 7 days of checkout if no damage or excessive cleaning is needed. Photo ID from the primary guest is required at check-in.

Busselton is close to natural wetlands, so October to January typically see mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. We recommend bringing insect repellent for comfort during these months—it's a normal part of the beautiful, natural environment here.

House Rules: No smoking or vaping indoors, no parties, and no leavers events. These boundaries help us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
